Account Deletion
At Invitz, we believe in your absolute sovereignty over your own information. You have the right to purge your account and event data at any moment.
What gets deleted?
When you delete your account, the following items are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers:
- Your complete host profile (name, email, phone number).
- All active, past, and draft invitations.
- Every guest record, phone number, and RSVP note.
- All secure entry QR codes generated for your events.
Direct In-App Deletion Steps
Follow these steps to delete your data directly inside our iOS or Android application:
Open Settings
Launch the Invitz app on your mobile device, look for the navigation bar, and tap the Profile / Settings icon in the menu.
Access Account Options
From the main Settings list, select and tap the 'Account Settings' option to open your profile options.
Choose Delete Account
Scroll down to the bottom of the Account menu list and tap 'Delete Account' (highlighted in red).
Confirm & Purge Data
Read the final warning notice, check the consent box, and tap the 'Delete Permanently' button to purge all your data instantly.
