Part 1: General Terms of Use
Welcome to Invitz App operated by Invites for Electronic Cards.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Invitz website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
2. About Invitz
Invitz is a digital invitation and event management platform that enables users to create, customise, manage, and distribute digital invitations for formal events, private gatherings, and special occasions throughout Qatar and the Gulf region.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services:
- You must be at least 13 years of age.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account Registration
Certain features of the Services require account registration.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your information updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
5. Services Provided
Invitz may provide services including:
- Digital invitation card creation
- Event planning tools
- Guest list management
- RSVP management
- Invitation delivery
- Event communication tools
- Related event management services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
6. Payments
Certain Services may require payment.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Apple Pay
- Visa
- Mastercard

All payments shall be made in: Qatari Riyal (QAR)
You agree to provide accurate payment information when purchasing Services.
Where purchases are made through the iOS Application, payments are processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Such transactions are subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Privacy Policy. Apple is responsible for processing these payments.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services provided through the platform, purchases are generally considered consumed upon delivery or activation.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments made for digital invitation services, event management tools, and related digital products may be non-refundable.
Any approved refunds shall be processed at our sole discretion.
8. User Content
Users may upload, submit, create, or share content through the Services, including:
- Event details
- Guest information
- Invitation content
- Photos and images
- Event locations
- Messages
You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant Invitz a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You are solely responsible for all content submitted through your account.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Advertise or offer goods or services for sale through the platform.
- Sell, transfer, lease, or share their account with another person.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or offensive.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including:
- Software and Technology
- Designs and Logos
- Trademarks and Graphics
- Content and Documentation
remain the exclusive property of Invites for Electronic Cards and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to users.
11. Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications including:
- SMS messages and Verification messages
- Event notifications
- Service announcements and Account-related communications
These communications are considered necessary for operation of the Services.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, processed, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers for:
- Payment processing
- Cloud hosting
- Communication services
- Technical infrastructure
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
14. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or technical issues.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding availability of the Services, accuracy of content, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted functionality.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Invitz, Invites for Electronic Cards, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invitz, Invites for Electronic Cards, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if:
- You violate these Terms.
- We reasonably believe your activities present legal, security, or operational risks.
- Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
19. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations in good faith.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
20. Compliance with Local Laws and Customs
All content and services provided through Invitz are specifically tailored for compliance with local customs, cultural norms, and legal requirements within the State of Qatar and the Gulf region.
Users agree not to use the Services in a manner that conflicts with applicable laws or public policy.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Where significant changes are made, users will be notified via email notifications, website notices, or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Part 2: End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Invites for Electronic Cards governing the use of the Application.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Invites for Electronic Cards only, and not with Apple, Inc., and that Invites for Electronic Cards, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.
2. License Grant
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes only on any Apple-branded products that the user owns or controls, in accordance with this Agreement and the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Ownership
The Application, including all content, features, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of the application owner. No rights are transferred to the user other than the limited license to use the Application.
4. Restrictions
The user agrees not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Sell, rent, or transfer the Application or user account.
- Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
5. User Content & UGC Policy
Users are solely responsible for any content they create, upload, or share through the Application, and are responsible for the guest data they enter. The application owner does not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content.
Zero-Tolerance for Objectionable Content:
There is a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content. Users are prohibited from posting such content. In the event of a violation:
- Objectionable content will be removed immediately.
- The offending user account will be suspended or permanently terminated within 24 hours of notification.
- Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior by emailing support at: info@invitz.app.
6. Communication & Notifications
The Application may send SMS messages or notifications to users for service-related purposes, such as invitations, alerts, and account-related updates.
7. Updates to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The application owner may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without notice if the user violates this Agreement.
9. Warranty & Support
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application (if applicable); and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
10. Limitation of Liability & Product Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You acknowledge that the application owner, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the user or any third party relating to the Application, including product liability claims, compliance with legal/regulatory requirements, and consumer protection.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
12. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country.
- You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
13. Third Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
14. Acceptance
By using the Application, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
