Invitz is a digital invitation and event management platform that enables users to create, customise, manage, and distribute digital invitations for formal events, private gatherings, and special occasions throughout Qatar and the Gulf region.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Guest lists

If any future functionality requires cross-app tracking, we will request your explicit permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework prior to any such tracking occurring.

Some third-party service providers may process or store information in jurisdictions outside Qatar where necessary for service delivery.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence.

Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. All personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law.

13. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

14. Apple Platform Compliance

a) App Tracking Transparency

Invitz respects Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We will request your explicit permission before accessing your device’s advertising identifier for any tracking purpose.

b) Sign in with Apple

If you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we will only receive the information you authorise Apple to share. This information is used solely to create and manage your Invitz account.

c) In-App Purchases

Payments processed through iOS are subject to Apple’s payment terms in addition to our own. Apple’s privacy policy governs data collected during those transactions.

d) Data Minimisation

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the Services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

15. Compliance with Qatar Law

Invitz operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including the Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law.

All content and services are designed with consideration for local customs, cultural expectations, and legal requirements applicable within Qatar and the Gulf region.

16. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, applications, or service providers. Users should review the privacy policies of those third parties independently.
